At Rajashree Kindergarten, the teachers are primarily concerned and pay attention to the integrated development of a child's personality including his or her academic, physical, aesthetic, social, mental and overall performance.

In particular, teaching to toddlers at such an early stage in their life becomes all the more important and holding their attention is critical. It is bearing this particular characteristic of young children in mind that variety is viewed upon as the essential foundation to effective learning and to this effect, a multi-dimensional creative curriculum has been devised and uniquely implemented composed of richly varied patterns of activities to cater to the development of a child's overall personality.

"Learning by Doing", is the motto adhered to at Rajashree Kindergarten and each lesson is followed by an activity, giving due consideration to the psychological factors to evaluate the subtle differences in the psychological make up of each of the children.

7. Activities Related To Social Development
These activities teach the children to take care of their personal belongings, while at the same time learning to share. It also instills a sense of responsibility, in the sense that children are taught where to place their belongings in the proper places, assist as a group effort to tidy up the classroom and the Kindergarten vicinity and visit places during Kindergarten picnics.

8. Activities Related To Self Expression
As far as these activities are concerned, class meeting are held during certain weekends where the children are provided an opportunity to bring out their inherent talent. They are provided an opportunity to arrange their classrooms and conduct the meetings themselves. This goes a long way in developing a sense of confidence in the children at such a tender age and the teacher, (though physically present), only serves as a guide to the proceedings.

9. Activities Related To Leisure Time Utilization
This period involves exposure to picture reading, picture collection and collecting leaves and flowers.

10. Productive Activities
These activities tend to focus and pay attention to an individual child's creative abilities, while working on their own. It involves clay molding, doll making and making certain decorative items for a particular function or event that may be scheduled at the Kindergarten.

As the illustrative example of the Kindergarten above indicates, no effort is spared to provide a child with as vast an exposure that may be possible, without 'overloading'. The outcome of all these activities combined together are sure to provide the solid foundation for the development of an overall personality, as opposed to an a mere individual, especially when these qualities are recognized and tapped by the staff at Rajashree Kindergarten to the fullest potential.
