Our vision
..........................................................................................................................
The vision at Rajashree is simple as it is straight-forward; to create an educational institution of unparalleled excellence and standards along with a conducive atmosphere and locale for imparting education juxtaposed with the finest in the country.

No efforts have been spared, or for that matter, will be spared to achieve this end.

Entering its Teens, Rajashree's vision is crystal clear (Rajashree was established close to a decade back in 1995), and at each stage of its development, including every aspect and future prospects are carefully analyzed and debated upon by the Management Committee, along with the presence of the Executive Trustee and Foundress, Smt. Lakshmi Bhasi, to chalk out the map for its presence in the field of imparting education.

Presently construction is under way for absorbing students that pass out of Class X into Classes XI and XII, so that the institution becomes wholesome and complete, ensuring that the formative stage of a child's education is secure before venturing out into college. Not only this, the exposure provided at Rajashree is such that by the time a student is at the threshold of college education, a certain degree of confidence and discipline has been instilled, ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead as opposed to the sheltered and protective environment furnished at any institution.

Rajashree also keeps pace with the stringent requirements of the CBSE Board's regulations and stipulations, as instructed to institutions across the country from time to time. Recently, the institution has expanded its present 2 acre campus, to pave way for the construction of a modern basket ball court, (which is presently under construction), by purchasing an additional ½ acre worth of property on the same campus. Plans are also being contemplated for the implementation of a full-fledged campus canteen to provide the students with hygienic, economical and viable access to quality food and beverages. The vision here is that this would save parents the trouble of ensuring that their child gets access to quality nourishment, rather than having to waste precious time preparing it at home.

Rajashree also keeps pace with technological advancements in today's modern and 'wired' world. Exposure to computers and its allied technology is provided with due importance. Rajashree is one of the few institutions that have recognized the need for this particular method of imparting education in a host of subjects ranging from Geography to Chemistry. Bearing in mind the institution has only been in existence for a decade, the computer lab is already equipped with 24 computers, where each student is accorded individual attention.

Imparting education via the medium of CD-ROM is also recognized and valued at Rajashree. Recently, the institution purchased a CD-ROM projector for use in the Computer Lab. Students are taught subjects, normally viewed upon as 'boring' from a different angle, which may help to instill an iota of interest.

Over and above academics and classroom lessons, Rajashree's vision also requires that the students look upon issues that are social in nature; one of the paths to a well-rounded person.

Rajashree has been a stern advocate in certain areas pertaining to this cause. After the onslaught of the Tsunami disaster, the students traveled to Edavanakkadu to provide food and clothing and presenting a donation towards the relief of the victims to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund. During World Environment Day, the students actively participated in planting saplings not only at the school campus, but also had the opportunity to inter-act with the Municipal Chairman in the planting of saplings along the roadside at Aluva.

The students at Rajashree are also constantly reminded about their duty towards society at large. Rajashree School has been recognized by Janaseva Sishubhavan as a well-wisher, and whose students have crossed the miles to help the helpless and needy, not only by volunteering to work, and providing financial assistance, but more importantly, by providing moral and emotional support.

It may be seen that the vision at Rajashree is not limited. As an institution with a difference, and that wants to make a difference, the opportunities to venture into these and other unbroken paths still lay ahead.
